Spriha Tucker is Field CTO at Buildkite. She previously co-founded Aviator.co (a devtools-for-monorepos company), and worked at Google on a number of developer-facing products including Search ads APIs, Android dev tools, Fuchsia OS etc. At Buildkite, she also runs the Elevator Group, an invite-only vetted community of engineering leaders who come together to exchange insights across the industry. She's passionate about bringing both technical depth and engaging discourse to conversations around dev-productivity topics.

Kunal Khanna is an engineering leader with a passion for building reliable and scalable systems. He currently leads the DevOps and Edge Platform teams at IBM Watson Orders, where he focuses on AI inference deployments, observability, and CI/CD automation. Over the years, he has worked in leadership roles at MCD Tech Labs, Poynt, and Synopsys, tackling platform engineering, release automation, and large-scale distributed systems. He’s especially interested in AI safety and automation, developing frameworks for telemetry, self-healing systems, developer efficiency and effectiveness and scalable AI platforms.

Outside of work, Kunal is a proud father of two daughters (5 and 2) and loves spending time outdoors with his family. He enjoys fostering curiosity in STEM and findingthe balance between technology and life. His goal is to create systems that not only driveinnovation but also prioritize reliability and ethical considerations.
